In a strategic move, they will be closing down a number of smaller regional offices and offering their employees the opportunity to relocate to the vibrant city. The objective behind this relocation was to create a workspace that would engage and inspire their employees on a sensory level. This project aimed to incorporate raw materials and unique architectural forms, while defying the typical corporate aesthetic commonly found in office buildings.

Initially, Concord Music's expansion into the Nashville market exceeded all expectations, swiftly outgrowing their first office within a mere two years. This remarkable growth led them to seek out a new, even more impressive office space at the prestigious Peabody Plaza, ensuring they remained at the forefront of their industry. Collaborating closely with the building architects and contractors, we were able to modify the base building's common areas and tailor the restroom facilities by incorporating shower rooms to better suit the needs of their employees.

The resulting office and studio space is a captivating blend of rich textures, intricate custom details, and unique features. It truly encapsulates the spirit and essence of Music Row, successfully transporting all who enter into the pulsating heart of a music company. The design thoughtfully incorporates a variety of workspaces, catering to both individual and collaborative modes of work. Furthermore, specifically allocated areas offer spaces for performances and a place for deep listening.
