Who Are We?

Boutique Architecture & Interior Design firm in Brentwood, TN
LINES is a smaller middle Tennessee architecture and interior design studio founded in 2014. We design residential / retail / commercial/ and industrial spaces with refined luxury and careful attention to detail, working from the inside out, with human interaction at the center of every design. Our team is small by choice, so every client works directly with our most experienced professionals.

How we work;

  • Following the belief that "form follows function".  We are focused on human interaction within the space and we design from the inside out.

  • We understand that design is a professional service and we strive to provide a luxury experience. We will be responsive, informative and professional.

  • Small shop- we are a small team of design professionals and we will always be a small team. Scaling up is not our plan.

  • Being a small team means our clients always receive the full attention of our top professionals—the A team. This structure allows us to operate efficiently without the burden of excessive overhead and expenses, ensuring high-quality service and value.

    Why client choose us;

  • Our clients choose us because we prioritize honesty and deliver a highly personalized design experience tailored to their unique needs.

  • Our clients choose us because we listen. Listening is the foundation of our approach, building trust and fostering long-lasting partnerships. This commitment to truly hearing our clients sets us apart and drives our shared success.

    Our fees;

    We operate on a fixed fee-based model. This approach allows us to thoroughly assess the scope and requirements of your project before providing a detailed and accurate quote for our services. Our goal is to ensure transparency and deliver customized solutions that fit your specific needs.
